Food Distribution

When:
12:00 – 2:00 pm
2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month

Where:
510 W. Ottawa
Head to the main door in the parking lot, and then downstairs to the basement.

Do I need to bring anything?
Nope. We have boxes for the food, and people to carry the boxes. If you want, you can bring your own bags or cart.

What can I expect?
When you arrive, first talk to the person at the registration desk (in the basement). They’ll give you a number. While you wait, enjoy a snack and take a look at the freebies table in the main room. Sometimes we can find some great stuff. Sometimes we have a lot of customers, so it’s a good idea to bring something to do, especially if you have kids.

What type of stuff can I get?
It depends. We try to focus on fresh produce and dairy products. It depends on what has been donated to the Lansing Food Bank
